OUR PROCESS

+ Initial Consultation (approx. 60 minutes)

Once we have confirmed an appointment, we will send you a brief questionnaire to help get the most out of our meeting. We will then meet with you on site (if possible) to discuss your project. During this meeting we will:

• Establish your budget and timeframe
• Discuss expectations, limitations, restraints and priorities
• Identify existing pieces to be retained
• Get an understanding of the lifestyle and space you hope to create and how you wish to use the space/s
• Discuss your preferences and style (provide imagery if possible)
• Collect information such as photos, floor plans etc.

Depending on your budget, timeframe and availability of floor plans, we use a variety of methods to visually communicate our initial design concept with you. This is also discussed during the Initial Consultation to establish what methods will be most appropriate for your project and needs.

Following our appointment, we will send through a fee proposal outlining everything discussed.

+ Initial Design Concept

With the information gathered from the initial consultation, we will produce an initial design concept and present to you any or all of the following:

• 3D design model
• Perspectives and fly through
• Finishes and fixtures scheme
• Mood board

Once we have submitted our concept we will organise a call or meeting to discuss the initial design. Comments and feedback are welcomed and any necessary amendments are then made and sent back for review.

+ Sourcing and Specification

Once you are satisfied with the design concept, we will then commence sourcing and specifying furnishings, fixtures and materials taking into account the original brief and your budget. We will then update our 3D design accordingly ready for Final Plan Delivery.

+ Final Plan Delivery

Depending on your requirements, we will present to you any or all of the following:

• 3D Perspectives
• General arrangements ie. Lighting and furniture
• Schedule of finishes and fixtures
• Furnishings schedule
• Lighting plan
• Furniture plan

Once again we welcome your comments and feedback to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final design.

+ Implementation

With the final design approved, we can then assist with any or all of the following services:

• Ordering fixtures, materials and other furnishings
• Assistance with the tendering process and appointment of trades. We can also suggest some of our preferred contractors.
• Liaising and collaborating with builders, trades, suppliers and manufacturers
• Project management

+ Final Inspection

Finally, once all works are completed we will attend site for a final inspection and can assist with the arrangement and styling of furniture and accessories as well as sourcing additional pieces to complete the look.
